Step 5-2 Update Firmware (if necessary)

Aer adding the device, the Device Update page appears prompng you to select

your device, click the device name.

CheckVideo veries the device rmware is up-to-date. This process may take a few

moments. Once complete, you will see a conrmaon message (Figure 19).

Click the Update buon to start the rmware upgrade.

Note: The device update may take several minutes to complete, but should

take no longer than ten minutes. If you have waited for 15 minutes or

longer and the device update has sll not completed, contact Customer

Support.
